“Ang pamahalaang nasyunal ay para po sa inyo, kayo po ang aming boss. Nandito kami para pagsilbihan kayo… wala nang ibang konsiderasyon pa. Nandito po ang mga sangay ng ating pamahalaan upang magbigay ng libreng serbisyo sa inyo,” said Secretary of the Interior and Local Government Mar Roxas, who opened the event.
